Next Genesis Sites is a Colorado Springs web design, local SEO and AI company, run by Matt and Nichole Bieri. I founded it in 2019, after six years of owning and growing businesses here.
In short: Next Genesis Sites (Next Genesis LLC) is an owner-run company in Colorado Springs, Colorado, founded by Matt Bieri in 2019. We build custom websites, run Google Business Profiles and local SEO, set up CRM follow-up and AI receptionists, and help small businesses put AI to work safely. The start
Craigslist fix-and-flips
Nobody handed me a business plan. I started with Craigslist fix-and-flips: buy it, fix it, sell it.
2013
Four cars and a dealership
In 2013 I started a car dealership out of an apartment building, with four cars for sale.
Growing
Building out the inventory
It grew to more than 45 cars, Lamborghinis, Vipers and Ferraris included, and a dealership doing mid seven figures a year.
2018
Sponsoring our first event
In 2018 we sponsored our first event.
Next
A second company
Then came the second company, exotic car rentals, and our first commercial real estate purchase, which opened the door to more commercial real estate and rental properties.

Our first customer event was at The Broadmoor. By then I had learned the hard way what makes a local business grow.

Bitcoin miners
Next came crypto mining. About 12 Antminer ASIC miners ran Bitcoin around the clock, with ducted fans to pull the heat out.

For Ethereum we ran about 84 graphics cards at the same time.

Rigs running all night
We built the rigs ourselves and kept them powered, cooled and online day and night. That is where I learned to run real hardware.

Self-hosting AI
Mining was my way into self-hosting. Today our own server rack runs the AI tools we build and use every day.
Why Next Genesis exists
I paid agencies for years. Then I did it myself.
For years I paid agencies for ads and marketing. They promised the world and rarely delivered, so I stopped paying them and did my own marketing.
In 2019 I opened Next Genesis to run the marketing for my own companies, and they grew faster than ever. After seeing the results, other owners started asking me to do it for them. It grew from there, and it turned out to be a lot of fun.
Most businesses that struggle don’t have a bad product. They never had someone who has owned a business set things up and show them how to run it: the website, the Google listing, the follow-up and the numbers.
As a mentor, I found there isn’t much free advice out there, and the advice that is free usually has a course attached to it. That frustrated me, so I took Next Genesis full time.

We build custom websites, run Google profiles and local SEO, and set up the follow-up and AI that keep a business moving. Then we report on all of it every month, in plain language.
